Eastern meditation has become wildly popular. This form of meditation is totally different from the Hebrew and Biblical form of meditation. But are there dangerous side effects of Eastern meditation that are not talked about in the popular media? It is claimed to help aggression, empathy and various mental issues. But might it actually cause mental disturbances? What does the science show? Is there bias evident in the research? We will look at the science almost no one is talking about. Then we will look at research on prayer.
